I found this very easy detox while browsing through a magazine. It seemed to be something I could try and see if it would jump start my weight loss. The regular diets help but this detox offers much more than just losing weight fast. It also will help your body organs. Read up on what it says.

Meat:
24 oz. (1 1/2 lbs.) lean protein, like chicken, fish, turkey and/or beef
4 eggs
2 cups natural yogurt
